Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?
Sasha admitted that she was transgender as she began high school. Sasha faced some difficult times however, she knew that her family would be there for him and that music could aid. Jim and Sasha are both song writers, and have recently become an official duo and have been playing in open mics, as well as at other local venues. Although The Voice coaches did not discuss Sasha's backstory, he as well as Jim shared their life journey through a short introduction clip that was played before their performance. Jim and Sasha discussed the music they enjoy and the way Sasha began playing guitar when he was at the age of six. Since his father is an experienced music teacher and musician, he was able to grasp the concept. Sasha, born female, was unsure of his gender as a child. In an Instagram post she shared her struggles. Jim, meanwhile, was stricken with emotion when revealed his inability to remain present in the difficult moments. Sasha Allen is a contestant on The Voice. She was born as girl. Sasha Allen turns 19 in 2021. Sasha made the transition an undergraduate male in high school. "I'm the third trans person who has ever appeared on the show and I'm so excited to be a part of this trans-inclusive community on such an enormous platform," Sasha wrote on Instagram.
